What Eqqualitycce stores

Pages record a view so we can see which reviews get read. The id is a daily hash of your IP address and browser. We do not store the raw IP address, and we do not set a tracking cookie on public pages.

Clicks on product buttons are counted the same way, then your browser is sent to the merchant. Those buttons are affiliate links. We may earn a commission from links on this page. That does not change the price you pay, and it does not change the verdict.

View and click rows are deleted after 90 days. The referrer, when the browser sends one, is stored with the row and removed on the same schedule.

The admin sign-in cookie is httpOnly and is only used to keep the editor logged in.
